Tucked in amongst the alyssum are
chives (top), thyme (right) and canterbury bell are the larger leaves (left).
This is the time of year I appreciate the flowers
that bloom steadily all summer.
Alyssum is turning into one of my favorite annuals.
It starts blooming in the spring
and won’t stop until frost appears.
And if that wasn’t enough,
it’s drought tolerant.
