It’s an incredibly beautiful and mild Sunday morning
and decided to make a real breakfast.
I had a cheese omelet
with left over Moroccan inspired sauté of
zucchini, onions, tomatoes with cinnamon, cumin and a few cashews.
When I made it for dinner I served over couscous
with a dollop of plain yogurt.
I would have put a bit of yogurt on this morning…but I forgot.
It was early….:-)
