cucumber salad

Japanese Cucumbers are my favorite
and they are finally ripening...fast and furiously.

And love to serve them simply:
1 cucumber
1 T. vinegar
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. kosher salt
1 T. fresh dill, chopped
