the artichoke

I’ve always liked the look of an artichoke.
Reminds me a bit of a flower blossom.
Haven’t figured out how to cook it properly, regardless of how easy it’s supposed to be.
But I haven’t given up yet…

Side Note: apparently one of the highest rated vegetables as a antioxidant

...if consuming the entire artichoke that is.
