Patty Pan, Goat Cheese on toast


Here is one of the first things I made with my farmers market bounty.
Sautéed Patty Pan Squash on toasted rounds of the multigrain baguette
with goat cheese and basil. I had this with left overs I had in the fridge
of a creamy tomato soup.
