Corn Succotash

Oh dear…has it really been almost two weeks since my last entry?
Busy, busy, busy…

Here is a corn succotash I made with tomatoes, cayenne and a bit of cream.
Topped it with sautéed fish fillet.
It was almost two weeks ago that I made this…may have been swai or catfish,

all I know is it was good :-)
